This position is a three-month temporary project assignment. The Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk (Credentialing Support) is responsible for the accurate and efficient transfer of credentialing-related information between system platforms. This role supports the Credentialing and Licensing service line in a data entry capacity.
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Compensation:
The pay scale is $18.86 - $24.76. Pay is influenced by factors specific to the applicants job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities.
Description:
Accurately enter and transfer provider credentialing data between electronic systems.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company data in compliance with privacy laws.
Identify discrepancies or missing information and report issues to the Credentialing Manager.
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple electronic database systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology or credentialing processes- preferred.
