Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare LPO (Local Purchase Orders)
- Prepare MRN (Material Receipt Notes)
- Create Sales Orders
- Prepare Delivery Notes
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Maintain Stock Journals
- Inventory Management Duties:
- Daily stock entry and updates
- Physical stock checking and stock reconciliation
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock reports
- Monitor low stock levels and inform for reorder
- Maintain record of expired or damaged items
- Proper store arrangement and item coding
- Verify GRN and match supplier invoices
- Maintain inventory records in Tally software
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Tally and inventory management
- Store keeper or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Honest, organized, and responsible person
