Data Entry & Excel Specialist (12-Week In-Office Project)

We are a family-owned business seeking a high-speed, high-accuracy Data Entry & Excel Specialist to assist with a critical digital record-keeping project. This role focuses on the precise extraction and entry of specific details from professional administrative documents into a master digital log.

This role is ideal for an Excel expert who thrives in a focused, high-productivity environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail and organization.

Your Primary Responsibility

You will be responsible for identifying and entering key data points from our physical records into a spreadsheet. The task requires:

  • Data Identification: Locating and recording specific data points found throughout various files.
  • Precision Logging: Accurately capturing corresponding values for each entry.
  • Efficiency: Maintaining high-speed entry while ensuring 100% data integrity.

Requirements

  • Speed & Accuracy: Must be able to process paperwork at a high rate of speed without errors.
  • Document Literacy: Ability to quickly review professional records and immediately isolate specific identifiers and values on a page.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (shortcuts, data organization, and formatting).
  • Dedicated Focus: Ability to maintain high productivity while performing systematic, line-by-line data entry.
  • Background Check: The selected candidate must successfully pass a background check prior to starting.
