Data Entry Executive

Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading logistics and relocation services provider in Dubai, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, efficient, and capable of managing large volumes of information while supporting the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
• Verify the accuracy of information and correct errors as needed
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documents based on entered data
• Assist in maintaining records related to shipments, clients, and logistics operations
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Perform regular backups to ensure data security
• Support administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
