Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Accuracy:
- Enter and update inventory, shipment, and customer data in relevant systems.
- Verify data accuracy through regular audits and source document comparisons.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in records.
- Dispatch Support:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
- Communicate dispatch updates to internal teams.
- Handle administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
- Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Perform additional tasks such as data entry, filing, and reports.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all operations.
