Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Expense Management Executive to support three key departments—Off-Trade, Logistics, and Merchandising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data in Excel and managing expense entries in Zoho for the Off-Trade team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow standard procedures with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry (Excel)

  • Enter and update data for Off-Trade, Logistics, and Merchandising departments.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency while handling large volumes of data.
  • Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports as required.
  • Perform basic data cleaning, formatting, and verification.
  • Coordinate with department teams to ensure all data is updated and validated on time.

2. Expense Management (Zoho)

  • Record and update all Off-Trade expense entries in Zoho Books/Zoho Expense.
  • Verify and cross-check bills, vendor invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure expense entries follow company guidelines and category codes.
  • Assist in reconciling expenses with accounts or finance team.

3. General Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with related tasks required for smooth functioning of Off-Trade, Logistics, and Merch teams.
  • Support in documentation, record keeping, and internal coordination.
  • Maintain organized digital files and update trackers regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with Zoho (Zoho Books/Zoho Expense) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams.
  • Basic understanding of reporting formats and documentation.

Preferred Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, admin, or similar roles.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or merchandising is a plus.
