Job Summary
The Facility Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall functionality of the workplace. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in various computer applications. The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and providing clerical support to ensure that all facility operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain databases related to facility operations, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track inventory, orders, and facility resources effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, including typing and transcription of documents as needed.
  • Provide clerical support, including filing, data collection, and order entry to assist various departments.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports using Microsoft Excel, including the creation of pivot tables for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support the overall administrative needs of the facility by utilizing basic math skills for budgeting and resource allocation.

Skills

  • Proficient in databases and ERP systems with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
  • Excellent computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription tasks.
  • Previous office experience with a solid foundation in clerical duties such as filing and data collection.
  • Basic math skills for handling budgets and financial documentation effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
