Job Description

We are hiring a highly proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry & Property Outreach Executive to support our real estate operations. This role involves structured outreach to property owners, maintaining accurate data, and assisting in initial price discussions.

This is a home-based role with full flexibility, ideal for someone who is comfortable with focused, repetitive tasks while also being sharp and confident in written and voice communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage multiple WhatsApp numbers for property owner outreach
• Contact property owners to:
• Confirm whether the property is available for sale or rent
• Collect and update asking prices
• Understand owner expectations and negotiate within guidance
• Maintain accurate and organized property data records
• Handle WhatsApp text messages, voice notes, and follow-ups professionally
• Keep conversations active and ensure timely responses
• Regularly update the team with verified property information
• Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to conversations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
• Degree must be from a recognized / reputable university
• Excellent WhatsApp chat handling skills
• Comfortable with monotonous and repetitive tasks
• Sharp, alert, and quick at understanding conversations
• Strong written communication skills (English required; Urdu a plus)
• Confident handling voice notes and short calls
• Extremely proactive and self-driven
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/mobile setup

• Comfortable working independently from home
• Not afraid to follow up and push conversations forward
• Target-driven and motivated by commission-based earnings
• Prior experience in real estate, telesales, call centers, or data entry is a plus (not mandatory)
