Job 1: Data Entry & Inventory Management Associate
Location: Lubbock, TX (On-site, Part-time)
Compensation: $1,500/month for the first 3 months (training/probation). Pay increase based on performance, speed, and accuracy after probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and manage product data across internal systems and online platforms.
• Maintain stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and generate inventory reports.
• Ensure timely and precise record-keeping to support order fulfillment.
• Assist with packaging and order fulfillment when needed.
• Assist in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce and digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Typing speed: 55–70 WPM with 95–98% accuracy (will be tested prior to interview).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior data entry or inventory management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Typing Test Requirement: Candidates will be asked to complete an online typing test before advancing to onsite interviews.
