Data Entry & Office Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry & Social Media Assistant to support our daily office and online operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and updating records accurately
  • Managing basic social media posting and coordination
  • Creating and updating Excel sheets and Word documents
  • Handling emails and basic office documentation
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinating with the team for online content and updates

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Visa Requirement

  • Candidate must be on a valid UAE sponsored visa (family/spouse visa preferred)

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary between AED 1,700 – 2,000
  • Salary will be finalized based on skills and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
