Key Responsibilities:1. Petty Cash Entries
- Record daily petty cash transactions in the system.
- Maintain proper supporting documents and vouchers.
- Assist in petty cash reconciliation when required.
2. Bank Related Entries
- Enter bank receipts, payments, deposits, and transfers into the accounting system.
- Maintain proper records of bank-related documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation support work.
3. Sales and Purchase System Entries
- Enter sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately.
- Verify supporting documents before system posting.
- Maintain updated sales and purchase records.
4. Expense Related Entries
- Record all company operational and administrative expenses in the system.
- Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses.
- Maintain filing of expense supporting documents.
5. Import and Local Purchase Entries
- Enter import purchase transactions and local purchase records.
- Maintain supplier-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate with accounts and procurement departments for data accuracy.
6. Import Documents Control
- Maintain and organize import-related documents including invoices, packing lists, BL copies, and customs documents.
- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of import records.
- Monitor document completeness before submission to accounts.
7. Other Duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Management.
- Support departmental administrative and reporting activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry procedures.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company records.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Intermediate degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry or accounts-related work preferred.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
