Job Overview

We are hiring a Female Data Entry Officer for the automotive industry. This position involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining vehicle, customer, and invoice information using company systems such as Excel and CRM. The role ensures that all records are properly organized, complete, and free from errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update vehicle, sales, and customer data in CRM and internal systems
  • Prepare and verify invoices and related automotive documents
  • Check data accuracy and correct any discrepancies
  • Generate basic reports when required
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.

Requirements

  • Female candidate (Tagalog Speaker)
  • Good level of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
