Job Title: Data Entry Officer ( female )
Overview
A Data Entry officer is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in digital systems. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large amounts of information.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems
- Verify accuracy of information before inputting
- Update and maintain existing records
- Review data for errors and correct them
- Organize and file digital documents
- Generate reports when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic knowledge of software like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of computers and data systems
Qualifications
- Intermediate
- Previous data entry experience (preferred but not always required)
- Familiarity with office software and databases
- Days & Timings : Mon- Sat ( 11:00am to 8:00pm)
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
