We're Hiring: Data Entry (On-site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry professional to join our team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate has experience in data entry, admin support or a related field, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in managing information.

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11217

Contract: 1 year, possible extension/permanent

Work Mode: Work from Office

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM

What You'll Do

  • Enter data into computer programs
  • Update daily/weekly spreadsheets
  • File physical and electronic records
  • Sort, locate, and return files
  • Scan, email, fax, and copy documents
  • Make follow-up phone calls
  • Lift and organize file folders

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms
  • Strong data entry and admin support background
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable with both physical and electronic records
