Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily records of sales team activities
- Track sales persons’ visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports
- Enter and manage sales data in Excel and company software
- Coordinate with the sales department regarding pending updates
- Prepare performance and tracking reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, leads, and customer details
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of operational data
- Assist management in operational coordination and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to prepare reports professionally
- Good communication and coordination skills
