Data Entry Operator

• Data Input:Accurately type data from various sources, including invoices, purchase orders, customer details, inventory logs, and supplier information, into databases and spreadsheets.
• Data Verification & Correction:Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information, and correct them as needed to maintain data accuracy.
• Database Maintenance:Update and maintain existing databases and records to ensure information is current and accurate, which may include managing product specifications or inventory levels.
• Data Management & Organization:Sort, compile, and organize data for entry, as well as manage and archive digital and paper files securely.
• Report Generation:Create and generate reports based on entered data, such as sales reports, inventory summaries, or customer order statuses.
• Data Security & Backups: Implement security measures and perform regular data backups to protect sensitive and confidential information, a critical aspect for precious metals.
• Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as sales, inventory, or management, to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
