Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:
Rehman Travels is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to collect, enter, and maintain data from various sources. The role involves managing Excel/CSV files, ensuring data accuracy, updating databases, and supporting basic data analysis. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and able to communicate simple findings to non-technical team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, compile, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Manage and process data in Excel, CSV, and other relevant formats.
• Organize, maintain, and update databases to ensure optimal data integrity.
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all datasets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices related to data management and analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
• Ability to communicate technical or complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Prior experience in data collection, management, or analysis within a business or research environment is an advantage.
