Aqua Systems Private Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases.

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain and update records as needed.

Ensure data confidentiality and security

Generate reports and perform data quality checks as required.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Must be able to enter production in ERP system

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
