Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to manage inventory records, sales documentation, and administrative data for our furnishing and interior products. The ideal candidate will have strong data accuracy skills and prior experience in office/administrative data handling. Female candidates will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Education: I.COM or I.C.S
- Experience: 1–2 years in Data Entry / Record Management / Office Administration
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
- Basic understanding of ERP / Inventory / POS systems (preferred)
- Good communication & reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records (fabrics, curtains, blinds, furniture, décor items)
- Enter sales orders, quotations, purchase bills, invoices, and delivery data in the system
- Assist in branch administration, documentation, and filing (digital + physical)
- Maintain daily cash/card/bank data entries
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data and stock reports
- Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams
- Verify accuracy of all entries before submission
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
