Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to support our Production Department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production data using Microsoft Excel. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in a manufacturing environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily production data accurately into Excel sheets (production output, scrap, downtime, shifts, etc.).
• Maintain and update production records, logs, and trackers in Excel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Verify data accuracy and coordinate with production supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain soft copies of production documents and reports.
• Assist in tracking raw material consumption, finished goods, and wastage data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email).
• Willingness to learn production and factory processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Education & Experience

• High School / Diploma
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in factory or production data entry is an added advantage.
