Data Entry Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, and should be capable of efficiently adding data into software systems. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing and managing physical files and records.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree)
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel expertise is a must)
  • Experience: Prior experience in data entry and file management will be preferred but is not mandatory.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Entering, verifying, and updating data accurately in software systems.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Managing spreadsheets and ensuring data integrity in Excel.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical files and records systematically.
  • Ensuring proper handling and storage of confidential information.
