Data Entry Operator

A Data Entry Operator at Progatix is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems accurately and efficiently
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing records and maintain data integrity
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Generate reports as required by management
  • Follow Progatix data management policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of databases and office systems
