Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain company data and records accurately in company systems and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into company systems and spreadsheets
- Update records and maintain accurate information
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Support report preparation and documentation activities
- Coordinate with departments for data collection and updates
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Assist administrative staff with documentation tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Minimum 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience is preferred
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel and office software is preferred
