Position- Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain company data and records accurately in company systems and documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into company systems and spreadsheets
  • Update records and maintain accurate information
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Support report preparation and documentation activities
  • Coordinate with departments for data collection and updates
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Assist administrative staff with documentation tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge is required
  • Minimum 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience is preferred
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel and office software is preferred
