Job Overview

Zech Group is seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our forward-thinking team. As a key member of our administrative function, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining the critical data that underpins our diverse operations in property development, planning, construction, and management. This full-time position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the vital role data integrity plays in supporting company growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
 

  • Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our company databases and digital systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Regularly update and maintain existing database records to ensure all information is current and reliable.
  • Prepare and generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve data queries and ensure that information requirements are met across the business.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience working as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with an impeccable level of attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A high degree of integrity and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • (Desirable) Previous experience within the property, construction, or a related industry would be an advantage.
