Data Entry Operator – Admin & Warehouse Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our growing e-commerce and warehouse team. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative and data entry tasks related to daily warehouse and shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data related to warehouse stock, products, and shipments.
• Print shipping labels, barcodes, and shipment documents.
• Prepare and schedule shipments.
• Monitor and update inventory in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support the team in coordinating warehouse operations and documentation.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records for all dispatches.

Requirements:

• Experience in data entry, admin, or warehouse/e-commerce operations (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of label printing, barcodes, and shipment paperwork.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month (depending on experience)

Company visa and benefits as per UAE labor law
