Max Shipping and Forwarding Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing logistics & freight forwarding company, is looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator to support our operational and documentation teams in Jaipur.

→ Location: Jaipur

→ Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

→ Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

→ Enter shipment details accurately into logistics management systems

→ Maintain documentation related to import/export, billing & tracking

→ Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer support teams

→ Verify data for accuracy and resolve mismatches

Requirements:

→ Good typing speed and accuracy

→ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & logistics documentation preferred

→ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills

→ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment

→ Good communication & coordination skills
