Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with prior experience in the Apparel/Garment Industry only to handle ERP data entry, manage BOM, issue sample and swatch cards to job workers, support the purchase team with fabric order entries, handle logistics data, and enter bills in Tally. Candidates without apparel industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & BOM Handling

• Handle ERP software entries related to apparel manufacturing
• Maintain and update BOM (Bill of Materials) for styles and orders
• Update job work details, production status, and material movement

Sample & Swatch Card Management

• Issue sample cards and swatch cards to job workers and units
• Maintain proper tracking and records of sample movement
• Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams

Purchase & Fabric Coordination

• Collect fabric and trim order details from the purchase team
• Enter purchase orders, fabric inward details, and stock updates in ERP
• Monitor fabric consumption and stock balance

Logistics Handling

• Enter dispatch, inward, outward, and transporter details in ERP
• Prepare and update delivery challans and logistics records
• Coordinate with transporters for material movement

Accounts & Billing (Tally)

• Enter purchase, fabric, logistics, and expense bills in Tally
• Match bills with PO, GRN, and delivery challans
• Support the accounts team with basic reports

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Apparel / Garment Industry ONLY
• Hands-on experience with ERP software used in garment factories
• Knowledge of BOM, job work, fabric movement, and production process
• Working knowledge of Tally
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Strong attention to accuracy and data control

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in garment manufacturing unit / apparel factory
• Familiar with fabric, trims, sampling, and job work processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
