- Data Input & Maintenance: Transferring information from physical records, invoices, or voice recordings into digital systems.
- Accuracy Verification: Comparing entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Database Management: Updating existing files, maintaining digital archives, and ensuring data integrity.
- Administrative Tasks: Scanning, printing, and filing documents, as well as preparing reports.
- Confidentiality & Security: Adhering to data protection policies and ensuring the secure handling of sensitive information.
- Database Support: Organizing information, Performing backups, and assisting in data retrieval.
