Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator / HR Executive who will manage office data, HR documentation, manpower hiring, and coordination between showroom, site, and office teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Office Work

• Daily sales, purchase & site data entry
• Maintain employee attendance, leave & records
• Update client, vendor & project databases
• Billing, invoice & BOQ data management
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports
• File & document management

HR & Recruitment

• Manpower hiring for sites & showroom
• Recruit labour, technicians & office staff
• Interview scheduling & joining process
• Maintain employee files & HR documentation
• Coordinate with site & office teams

Showroom & EPC Coordination

• Support showroom sales data
• Maintain EPC & construction project records
• Track project updates & material reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)
• 0–3 years experience (Construction / EPC / HR / Data Entry preferred)

Required Skills

• MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets
• Basic HR & manpower knowledge
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Fast and accurate typing
• Strong follow-up skills
