Data Entry Operator – Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our company. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:1. Data Entry & Management
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all times.
- Verify, correct, and organize data before entering it into the system.
2. Documentation Handling
- Prepare and organize documents, files, and records.
- Scan, upload, and store documents digitally.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
3. Reporting & Records
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
- Assist in preparing summaries and data logs.
- Keep track of completed tasks and maintain proper records.
4. Administrative Support
- Assist other departments with data-related tasks.
- Cooperate with team members to meet deadlines.
- Provide support in photocopying, scanning, and file management.
5. Quality Control
- Double-check information for errors.
- Perform data backups to prevent loss.
- Follow company standards and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s degree.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
- Ability to work with data carefully and responsibly.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must be punctual and responsible.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
