Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be fast, accurate, and reliable, with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
  • Verify accuracy of data and correct errors when identified
  • Update and maintain existing records
  • Review data for completeness and consistency
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets
  • Generate reports when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role (preferred)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with databases or ERP systems
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills

Work Conditions

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
