Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Work Location: Pune

Job Timing: 10 am to 6 pm

Monday to Saturday

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to manage and update company databases with accuracy. Candidates must have good typing speed, MS Office knowledge, and attention to detail. Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
• Maintain and manage confidential information securely.
• Prepare and generate reports as required.
• Assist in compiling, sorting, and organizing data for efficient record-keeping.
• Respond to data-related queries and provide relevant information to management

Requirements:

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
