Key Responsibilities

* Review group communications on a regular basis.

* Maintain accurate records on Google Sheets without errors.

* Follow up with the team to correct file names when required.

* Provide timely responses to team members.

* Update seniors regarding order and edit status.

* Focus on improving the turnaround time of deliveries

Job Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a relevant role.

Skills:

. Strong computer knowledge.

* Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office (Word, Excel).

* Good communication skills (written and verbal).

System, Timing & Other Conditions

* Windows 10/11 system with good specifications

(Minimum Core i5 4th generation, 8GB RAM, SSD).

* Stable internet connection with backup for internet and electricity.

* Proper availability on the system during duty hours.
