- Document Handling
- Upload PDF documents into the system (software/web portal provided by the company).
- Maintain proper folder naming and data indexing as per SOPs.
- Client Coordination
- Interact with the client’s internal team to collect, verify, and clarify documents.
- Get sign-off/acknowledgement of uploaded documents as needed.
- System Entry & Reporting
- Ensure daily status tracking and update reports on uploads completed.
- Report to the assigned supervisor or project manager on a daily basis.
- Data Accuracy & Confidentiality
- Ensure 100% accuracy during uploads (no duplication or misplacement).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client-provided documents.
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: 0 – 2 years in data entry, admin, or documentation (Freshers welcome)
- Skills Required:
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Knowledge of folders, files, and PDF handling
- Ability to speak in Marathi/Hindi and basic English
- Professional attitude for client coordination

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
