Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage large volumes of data with excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Prepare, organize, and update reports and records using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
• Assist in managing inventory records, and update entries in ERP / CRM systems
• Support internal teams by providing accurate and timely data and documentation
• Ensure all data is entered, stored, and retrieved with the highest level of precision and confidentiality
• Demonstrate strong computer proficiency and a quick learning approach

Key Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Web)
• Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or Jewellery management software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills in English & Hindi (Tamil is a plus)
• Presentable, punctual, and well-organized individual
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience : 1–3 years (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
