Job Description: Data Entry Operator – Billing & Administrative Support

Position: Data Entry Operator
Department: Accounts / Billing
Location: Vadodara - Makarpura
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Role Overview

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering billing data, managing records, and providing general administrative support. This role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently with billing software and office tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Data Entry

  • Enter customer billing information into the system accurately and on time.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, receipts, credit notes, and other billing documents.
  • Maintain and update billing databases, spreadsheets, and logs.
  • Cross-check billing data with purchase orders, delivery notes, or service reports.
  • Ensure correctness of GST details, rates, quantities, and totals (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,013.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
