We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work with accuracy within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, or software systems
- Update and maintain records on a regular basis
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
- Correct errors and resolve inconsistencies in data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
- Generate basic reports as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data-related queries
- Maintain proper filing of physical and digital records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of data formats and documentation
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Prior experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with MIS reports
- Basic knowledge of formulas in Excel
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
