The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases
  • Update and maintain records on a regular basis
  • Verify data for errors and correct any discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security
  • Prepare basic reports as required
  • Coordinate with team members for data-related tasks
