Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering and managing employee joining/ attendance data etc accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization’s employee records and information systems remain accurate, organized, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and relevant documentation.
  • Perform regular backups to secure data and prevent loss.
  • Generate reports as required by the team or management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any graduate.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of basic Excel and Excel formulae
  • Proficiency in typing with accuracy and speed (e.g., knowledge of touch typing).
  • Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy and security standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven skill in Excel is a must.
  • Prior experience with MIS/Payroll etc is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
