We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our sales operations and back-office processes. The role involves handling sales order processing, invoicing, ERP data entry, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage structured data and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process sales orders, invoices, and related data in the ERP system
- Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatch, delivery schedules, and order updates
- Enter and manage purchase and inventory-related data
- Track orders and ensure timely processing and completion
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order progress and requirements
- Prepare basic reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of all entries
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle repetitive data entry tasks along with follow-ups

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
