- Data input: Accurately enter and update data from various sources, such as paper documents, digital records, and financial statements, into databases and systems.
- Data verification: Review data for accuracy, completeness, and any discrepancies. Correct errors to ensure data integrity.
- Account reconciliation: For financial roles, update and reconcile accounts, which may include entering financial transactions.
- Report generation: Compile, sort, and organize information to generate reports as requested by management.
- Record maintenance: Maintain organized records, both electronic and paper, and perform regular data backups to prevent loss.
- Data cleansing: Identify and correct inaccuracies and duplications in databases.
