We are expanding our operations and looking for dedicated Data Entry Operators who are skilled, detail-oriented, and eager to work with modern AI tools.

Position Overview

We are hiring Data Entry Operators who can efficiently manage data, maintain accuracy, and use modern AI tools to speed up workflow. Candidates with knowledge of Google Sheets and experience using AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Grok, etc., will be given priority. Basic understanding of off-page SEO is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets with high accuracy.
• Use AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, etc.) to generate, refine, and process content or data as required.
• Organize files, documents, and information into structured formats.
• Assist with off-page SEO tasks such as profile creation, blog posting, and directory submissions (if applicable).
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Coordinate with the SEO, content, and admin teams for daily operational tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, data sorting, filtering).
• Ability to use AI chatbots efficiently (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, etc.).
• Fast typing skills with good accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer literacy—Google Workspace, online tools, MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Off-Page SEO such as backlinks, directory submissions, PDF posting, forum posting, etc.
• Experience with data cleaning, formatting, or bulk entry tasks.
• Familiarity with content writing or administrative tasks.
