JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

The Data Entry Order Analyst primary duty is to enter customer orders.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently input customer orders into order system, ensuring product details, pricing, promotions, and customer information are correct.
  • Resolve order issues with knowledge, experience, research, and communication with CS Order Analysts in a professional manner.
  • Perform special assignments for the company as needed.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients and co-workers.

Education and Other Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills, and be able to effectively communicate with others.
  • Specialized Knowledge - PC Proficiency and strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier.
  • Language Skills - Fluent English is required.
  • Some travel may be required
