As an Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of prescriptions and supporting the needs of our patients and healthcare partners.

Core Responsibilities:

• Process new orders, refills, and STAT medications
• Manage and stock automated dispensing robotics
• Prepare and package medications for delivery using specialized packaging systems
• Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy software
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent service, or direct inquiries appropriately
• Communicate effectively with pharmacists, caregivers, and other team members
• Audit prescription claims and assist with billing issues
• Support inventory control and medication stock levels

What You Bring

• Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• Previous pharmacy technician experience (LTC or retail preferred)
• Proficient in pharmacy software systems and general computer use
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to team success

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Shifts vary between 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Tuesday-Saturday
• Saturday shifts required (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Schedule flexibility is essential

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage – Based on experience (DOE)
• Pay is negotiable for highly qualified candidates
