Our team is looking for the next long term family member.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound email, database entry, administrative work. Punctuality, Reliability, Excellent customer service skills, highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in excel and database entry ability, are a great match for this teamwork environment. This is a full-time, on site-role with benefits in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone limited phone calls
• Distribute email
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Dispatch, vendor/client orders and data base entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• High attention to detail and precise data entry/vendor order skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
• Excellent communication skills
