• Research items using available resources, such as the internet
• Meet productivity and quality requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to adhere to established processes
• Typing speed of 45–50 WPM
