Job Roles & Responsibilities


This is a full-time role for a Data Entry Specialist at SuperAGI. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and organizing business and operational data in Excel and Google Sheets. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards) and Google Sheets .
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.



Responsibilities


  • Input data accurately into Excel Worksheets and Google Sheets.
  • Maintain and update Excel Workbooks with large volumes of data.
  • Create Excel Dashboards for clear data visualization.
  • Perform data validation using Excel formulas to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize data files efficiently to support SuperAGI's operational workflow.
  • Support the team with immediate data entry and administrative needs.
