Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and organize documents for data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and update relevant information.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data and client information.
• Perform data backups and ensure secure handling of digital and paper records.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in business or IT is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management software.
• Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
