Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our tax office by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client and financial data. This role ensures data integrity, organized records, and smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update client information in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Review forms, invoices, and documents for accuracy before processing
  • Use Excel and other tools to analyze data and generate reports
  • Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and record keeping
  • Support data migration projects or system updates as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry or clerical roles, preferably in an office environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and database/ERP familiarity
  • High typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
  • Knowledge of filing systems and order entry processes is a plus

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
