Job Description: We are seeking 2+ motivated Data Entry Specialists to work on a project utilizing OpenInvoice/Openticket and Wellview systems. This position offers comprehensive training in both systems to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks. The role requires individuals who can work with moderate direction, execute tasks efficiently, and apply sound judgment in their daily work. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information into computer programs and databases with accuracy
• Assess files to determine what information needs to be entered and identify appropriate location for entry
• Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information
• Establish and maintain entry priorities for assigned work
• Follow verbal and written instructions provided by supervisors and team members
• Maintain data entry requirements by adhering to data program techniques and procedures
• Execute individual tasks independently within established guidelines
• Identify issues and problems that arise during data entry processes
• Solve challenges by following directions and using best judgment
• Make informed choices within the scope of assigned responsibilities
  
  

Required

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic functional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to execute individual tasks with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to solve challenges by following directions and using best judgment
• Capability to make informed choices within defined scope
• Experience in Oil and Gas or related service industry
• Available to start on or before May 1st

• Experience with Wellview system
• Experience with OpenInvoice or other billing system platforms
  
  

Role Details

Location: Midland, TX

Pay: $18-$21/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday
